The Department of English of Don Bosco Arts & Science College, Angadikadavu proposes a National Seminar on 14-12-2024. The seminar focuses on generating a discourse that helps the voices of the people be heard and analysed. The present seminar session is entitled as “A DISCOURSE ON HUMANITIES: LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD”. In a society, where we search for voices and marginalised utterances it is much required to make sure that our voices are not suppressed and we mark our foot steps to resistance as required. The platform offers the freedom to speak on any discourses in Humanities. Therefore, the scholars willing to appear for the paper presentations can prepare your research papers of your choice and interest which you believe is to be HEARD aloud. We are looking for research papers from the following areas (not limited to). The scholars can choose topics outside the given sub themes as well. Gender Studies and Sexual Representations, Marginalization, Discourse on Resistance Marxian, Consciousness, Medical Humanities, Spatial Studies, Blue Studies. Aesthetics Myth and Folklore, Cultural Studies & Postcolonial Studies
