PG Department of English will be hosting a Musical Play " Dr. Faustus" at Amphitheatre, Don Bosco Arts & Science College on 26 February, 2026 at 02:30pm.


24th College Annual day & Merit Day will be celebrated on 27 February 2026. Kerala sangeetha Nataka Academy Member & Dance Performer Ms. Mansia V.P. will be the chief guest during the Celebration.


11th Kerala Hockey Sub-Junior Women State Championship will be conducted at Don Bosco Arts & Science College, Angadikadavu from 26 February 2026 to 01 March 2026.


The Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the College Principal, Rev. Fr. Dr. Francis Karackat, and the College Administrator, Rev. Fr. Dr. Roy Isaac, were held on 31 January 2026, coinciding with the Feast Day of St. Don Bosco. The function was inaugurated by Adv. Sunny Joseph, MLA, and the gathering was presided over by Rev. Fr. Francisco Rathappilli. The jubilarians were felicitated by Ms. Mini Viswanathan, President of Ayyankunnu Panchayath; Mr. Kevinson Kurian, College Vice-Principal; Mr. Thomas John, Salesian Cooperator; and Mr. Prince Abraham, Retired Superintendent of Police. The programme began with a welcome address by the College Manager, Rev. Fr. Dr. Joy Ullattil, and concluded with a vote of thanks by the Administrator, Rev. Fr. Dr. Roy Isaac.


Mr. Kuriakose P Jestin of BA English and Alwin Augusty of BCA secured third prize in quiz competition conducted during EKTHA NCC Meet 2026.


6 KBN NCC Unit of Don Bosco Arts & Science College, Thalassery, conducted a Republic Day parade at the college campus with patriotic fervour. The College Principal, Rev. Fr. Dr. Francis Karackat, received the salute and hoisted the national flag. NCC CTO Tony Thomas was also present on the occasion. The programme concluded with NCC cadets distributing sweets after the parade.


Manipur Students from Don Bosco College Angadikadavu Performed Manipuri Dance in Kannur University Auditorium During the Regional Review Meeting for RUSA/PM USHA Projects. The Miracle Man of Manipur, Armstrong Pame IAS, Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education Government of India & Kannur University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Saju KK were present.


Social Work National Seminar RESSAISIR2K26 was conducted from 22-01-2026 to 24-01-2026. The National Seminar included online paper Presentation, Plenary sessions, Paper Presentations, Panel Discussion, different competitions like Photography, Reel Making, Skill Safari, Theme Dance and Cultural Programmes. Mrs. Jayasree K, The District Labour Officer Inaugurated the Seminar. Prof. Irudaya Rajan was the Chief Guest during the function.


College Arts Fest DHANAK2026 was celebrated on 20 & 21 January 2026. The fest was inaugurated by Mr. Subhash Arukara, Kreala Folklore Academy Award Winner. Around 680 students participated in different events. Deparrtment of BA English become the champions in the fest with PG department alltogether become the first runners up. Department BA English become champions for 12 Consecutive years.


The book GANGA, written by Mr. Sivan T.C. MA Journalism and Mass Communication student of Don Bosco Arts & Science College, was published by College Principal Fr. Dr. Francis Karackat


Motor Vehicle Department and Private Bus Owners Association in association with Don Bosco Arts & Acience College, Angadikadavu organised a flashmob as part of the month long awarenes programme on the eve of Thaffic Month Observance.


DIME – Don Bosco Intercollegiate Media Extravaganza, the Journalism Fest, was successfully conducted on 8th and 9th January 2026, witnessing enthusiastic participation from around 260 students representing various colleges. The fest focused on providing professional visual media production training, followed by a series of competitive events. The competitions included Television News Presentation, Short Film Production, Television Programme Anchoring, Radio Jockey, Reels Making, and Photography. The training sessions were led by eminent media and film professionals, including Mr. Saneesh T.K. (Chief News Producer & Anchor, Manorama News), Adarsh Augustine (Vocalist, Sound Engineer & Assistant Professor, Film School), Mr. & Mrs. Sachin (Digital Media Influencers), Melbin Mathew Thomas (Associate Film Director), Vipin Muraleedharan (Senior Cameraman, Asianet News), and RJ Nidhin Midhina (Professional Vocal Artist & Radio Jockey). On 7th January at 7.00 PM, a Mega Media Cultural Extravaganza directed by Mr. Jino Joseph (Malayalam Theatre Director and Winner of the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards) was staged. The event was further enriched by a fashion show presented by Lavero Modelling Company. On 9th January, a special session on Screenwriting and Direction was conducted by Mr. G.R. Indugopan, an award-winning film director and screenwriter. The fest concluded on a high note with a violin performance by Martina Charles, marking a memorable end to the two-day media extravaganza

Kannur University declared III Semester UG (2024-2028 Batch)results. Students from Don Bosco Arts & Science College secured the best results in the Examinations.


Inter-Collegiate Basketball Tournament (Women) of Kannur University was conducted at Marygiri English Medium School, Sreekandapuram. Don Bosco team become the Second Runners -up during the tourament.
