A Clinton Athew Antony, II year BA English student from Don Bosco Arts & Science College become the Winner of the National Level Online Speech Competition Conducted by Sir Syed College Thaliparamba on the eve of International Human Rights Day. The topic for the Competition was " Our Rights, Our Future, Right Now."


In the Kannur University level intercollegiate women category basketball tournament held at SES College, Sreekandapuram, Don Bosco College Angadikadavu retained the second prize. In the finals, Don Bosco played against SES College, Sreekandapuram. Last year and this year, Don Bosco bagged the first runner-up trophies in both men and women categories. Four students, Annu, Sneha, Arshia and Aleena (Social Work Department), are selected for the Kannur University team.


NSS Volunteer Aarcha S Santhosh from BSc Psychology, Don Bosco Arts & Science College Angadikadavu has been selected to represent the the State in the upcoming Republic Day Parade to be held at New Delhi on 26 January 2025.


R. Shankaranarayanan Thampi Award for Media Coverage of Malayalam Language Promotion presented at the Legislative Assembly in Thiruvananthapuram. Speaker A. N. Shamsheer presented the award to Malayalam Manorama's Kannur Chief Reporter N.P.C. Ramjit. Legislative Assembly Secretary Dr. N. Krishnakumar was also present.

English Debate Club is organising a Debate Competition in the topic-"WITH AI AND AUTOMATION AT PLAY, CYBERCRIME IS ESCALATING INTO AN UNSTOPPABLE MENACE" on 06-12-2024.


Ms Arya Anil of BA English 2022-2025 selected as Best Film Review Writer in the film review competition conducted by the PG Department of English.


The Kannur zonal Maria Philip Future Leaders Debate-2024, organised by XIME (Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship ) was conducted in Don Bosco Arts & Science College, Angadikadavu. Eight teams from various colleges from Kannur district participated in the competition. Maria Shaji and Edwin Tomy Kuruvila from BCom Finance won the debate. The selected team will be participating in the state level competition.


NCC Cadets from Don Bosco Arts & Science College, Angadikadavu visited Old Age Home at Alachery as part of the NCC Day Celebration. Cadets actively participated in various activities such as cleaning the rooms, washing the cloths, entertaining the inmates, etc.


Don Bosco Arts & Science College won prizes in the Kannur District Tug-of-War senior Category Championship. Students from Don Bosco Arts & Science College become Champions in Mixed Category & First Runner-up in Men Category.


Students from Don Bosco Arts & Science College Angadikadavu Aibel Shajan & Maria Shaji secured First prize. The competition was conducted by Don Bosco Higher Education India (DBHEI).


Adwaith Lathish of BCom Finance student from Don Bosco Arts & Science College Angadikadavu Selected as best NSS Volunteer for the Academic year -2023-24 in Kannur University.


College Union-2024 in association with Department of Malayalam organised Keraleeyam 2024, the Ethnic Day. Various programmes like Debate Competition, Naadan paattu Competition, Malayali Manka & Kerala Sreeman competitions were conducted as part of the Celebration. The Fashion Show Conducted by the faculty of the college was a special attraction during the programme.


The General Councillor for Youth Ministry Rev. Fr. Fabio Attard SDB was on his official Canonical visitation at Don Bosco Arts & Science College from 15/10/2024 to 17/10/2024. During his visit he addressed the College Union Leaders, College Student Council Members and Faculty Members. He highlighted the significance of humanism, self-reliance and holistic development. His Visitation was vital for introspection and renewal of the institution.


NSS units in association with Red Ribbon Club organised an Inter-Departmental Poster making Competition on the eve of Voluntary Blood Donation Day. The Department of BA English won the contest with BBA as the first runner-up.
